Working with agents throughout the region is important. Developing professional relationships generates more showing activity for our sellers because there is a mutual respect and trust. We are offering a new program to say “Thank You” to agents who sell and show our listings. There are many listings that agents could show and we want them to know we appreciate it when they show ours!
Once a month we give away a $25.00 Gift Certificate to Concord Mills Mall. Any agent who has SHOWN one of our listings is eligible for the drawing. Their name goes into the drawing one time for each showing.
In addition, each agent who SELLS one of our listings will be invited to a “Thank You” breakfast in January. They will be eligible for a drawing for $250, $100 and $50. Again, their name will go in one time for each sale.
