Betty has been in real estate for over 35 years and has a love and enthusiasm that is hard to match. She loves the challenge of helping customers and clients find the right home for themselves and truly enjoys the opportunity to assist people when they are buying or selling real estate in the Cabarrus County area.

As a seasoned professional and long-time resident of Cabarrus County, Betty has mastered the real estate market. She also knows this county on a personal basis, having been active with the Salvation Army Auxiliary, Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce, Concord Rotary, a member of the Social Services Board, and many other volunteer activities. Diane has been a licensed agent since 1978. She has a degree in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University and also has the REALTOR® designations of CRS and GRI. Betty and Diane have worked together as a mother/daughter team since 1990 and have been "Top Sales Agents" for many years.

Community involvement is important to each member of the team. Diane has served as Chairman of Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Coltrane Life Center, American Red Cross, the Cabarrus County United Way and President of the Concord Rotary Club.

People can count on Margaret to listen to their ideas about a new home! She always commits herself to helping people achieve their dreams and goals. If you are selling your current home, Margaret will be committed to making that happen as fast as possible with the least amount of stress and worry.

Prior to going into real estate, Margaret was involved in human service work and public relations. She attends Central United Methodist Church, is a member of the Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce, and is a board member of the Coltrane Life Center-Adult Day Care Program. Jeanne has been around real estate for quite some time, and she became licensed several years ago. She previously worked with young people and traveled the United States doing contest direction and public relations for a national organization. Patience and understanding are two qualities that make Jeanne well suited for this business. She can take care of all your real estate needs.

Kathy was a teacher for 30 years before embarking on her second career of real estate. This has proven quite valuable for her as well as her clients. She has an innate ability to teach you everything you need to know about buying or selling a home, allowing you to achieve all of your desires. Kathy's primary goal is to assist you in this process. She loves helping people find not just a house--but a "home." Kathy is an active member of the Epworth United Methodist Church, and particpates in their outreach programs through the Epworth preschool and the UMW.

Leslie is a licensed broker full of knowledge and enthusiasm. She has a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and was previously using her education to work in the marketing industry. She is passionate about her work and will go above and beyond the call of duty to help you with your real estate buying and selling needs. Leslie is a native of Concord and is very committed to her involvement in the community and to helping with the continued growth of Cabarrus County. She has also been an excellent role model for our youth as a dance educator in Huntersville for the past five years. Amanda Hartsell Lambert

Amanda, a native of Cabarrus County, graduated from Central Cabarrus High School and then received an Interior Design degree from the Art Institute of Charlotte.  She grew up the only daughter of a custom homebuilder, general contractor and land developer for the Cabarrus County area. Amanda gained a wealth of knowledge from her father that will help any real estate transaction process flow smoothly. Before making her move into real estate, Amanda worked as an architectural designer/project specialist, which provided her with a broader knowledge of design and construction. Having a husband in the racing industry presented Amanda with a new challenge as well. Megan was born and raised in the fair city of Concord and is a graduate of Concord High School. She attended Campbell University and graduated with a degree in Mass Communications.
